BoJack Horseman continued the trend of top shows for Netflix by providing a series of funny, edgy content which kept many well entertained. With Will Arnett voicing Bojack, his gruff tones perfectly match the character of an actor who has passed his prime and seems to resent his life choices. Formerly an actor in a popular sitcom, he has since fallen from grace and struggles for work. Joining him into season two is his slacker friend Todd (Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul), Bojack’s agent Princess Carolyn (Amy Sedaris), his friend and love interest Diane Nguyen (Alison Brie) and his rival and husband to Diane, Mr. Peanutbutter (Paul F. Tompkins). With BoJack about to take the lead in his dream film role, things are looking up for the horse/actor. Also, look out for Lisa Kudrow playing a new love interest for BoJack in this season.
The show will premiere on Netflix worldwide on Friday 17th July.
